Job Description

Are you a media sales virtuoso? A rare and truly exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented sales professional to join our small, dynamic, fast-moving digital marketing/software development team based within the beautiful rural village of Bollington, Cheshire. Working primarily within the financial services sector, we are an international lead generation firm who drive significant traffic to our brands via Google, Facebook and other popular platforms.

We use clever, sophisticated tech to manage every aspect of our business, all of which is collaboratively designed and crafted in house by our awesome team of software developers.

We are looking for a sharp, talented, highly motivated sales professional to join us. The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying sales prospects themselves, and pitching and closing sales over the phone and in person.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Contact current customers to manage current relationships.
  • Self-generating sales prospects via Google, LinkedIn and other common means.
  • Processing new orders and organising integrations with customers.
  • High level of after sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with the leads provided.
  • Obtain additional orders or referrals from current customers.

What experience/skills/attributes do you need?

  • Strong telesales experience required.
  • Hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Team player.
  • A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A desire to hit and exceed targets in order to maximise earnings.
